Cripps Construction Seminar 2015

We will be holding our annual construction seminar on 12 November 2015 at the Royal Wells Hotel in Tunbridge Wells.  The event will start at 16:00.

We are delighted to confirm that Tom Owen from Keating Chambers will again be speaking, following his excellent talk last year.  Tom will be joined by Nitej Davda and Claire Barwick who has recently joined our construction team.  Topics will include liquidated damages and recent case law on adjudication.
